Delivery times
During periods of high pressure, delivery times may be longer.
Please note that the delivery times we communicate on our website are estimates from our supplier and may therefore change.
We reserve the right for possible delays in production or delays with forwarders. These are circumstances beyond our control. However, we naturally always strive for you as a customer to receive your goods within the specified estimated range.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and off-premises contracts, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
If an article is not a made-to-order item, it is always covered by the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals, not businesses.
For the right of withdrawal to apply, the item must be sent back in unchanged condition and in undamaged original packaging together with the packaging it came in. The item must not have been used. It is therefore important that you open your package carefully so that the packaging or the product is not damaged. In cases where the product is sealed, it must be unbroken and the product must not have been assembled. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our us before returning an item.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us to have a return slip and packing slip sent to you by email with instructions on how to proceed. You must print the packing slip and put it in the package together with the product, and the return slip must be taped to the outside of the package. You then hand in the return shipment to your nearest designated agent.
The item is in the customer's possession until we receive the return, therefore it is important that the item is not damaged during shipping. Therefore, pack your package carefully. The customer is responsible for any damage during transport when the item is sent back to us. If you have questions regarding the right of withdrawal/return, please contact us. You as the customer are responsible for shipping costs and handling fees for the return shipment.
Exemption from the right of withdrawal
At the time of delivery, you as a customer may of course inspect the product to determine its condition and function, but if you have used or assembled the product and thrown away or damaged the original packaging, the right of withdrawal does not apply. It is therefore important that you open your package carefully so that the packaging or product is not damaged. In cases where the product is sealed, it must be unbroken and the product must not have been assembled.
The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals, not businesses.
If you have questions regarding the right of withdrawal or return, you are always welcome to contact us. You can reach us by email: info@hvemeover.com.
Refund
In the event of a canceled purchase, we will refund the same amount that you as a customer paid for the item minus any return costs as above. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from the day you sent your item back until the refund is made. Hve me over reserves the right to wait with a refund until we have received the item or you have been able to prove that the item has been sent back to us. The refund is made via the same payment option that was used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
If it turns out when we have received the item back that it has decreased in value because you have used it or handled it to a greater extent than is necessary to determine the product's properties and function, we have the right to make a deduction for this from the refund amount.
Change delivery address
You can update your delivery address until the item leaves our warehouse.
Unreleased package and receipt of delivery
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that there is a recipient who can acknowledge the delivery at the agreed delivery time. If you are not on site to receive the delivery, it entails costs for us, which we reserve the right to charge you for. For example, if you, as a customer, did not pick up your shipment from the delivery point despite reminders, were not available to receive the delivery or could be reached on the specified telephone number, provided incorrect name, address or contact information, or if you refused to receive the delivery.
Your package normally stays with the postman for 14 days before it is sent back to us. In the case of unclaimed packages that are returned to us, you will be charged a fee of SEK 200, which will be deducted directly from the amount to be refunded. If your item is not covered by the right of withdrawal and has not been approved for return by us, we will contact you for a new delivery attempt of your item.
Transport damage
We are responsible for damages incurred during transport or delivery to you as a customer. When you receive your delivery, it is your responsibility as the customer to check whether the package is damaged before you sign the delivery note. Always check your shipment carefully immediately upon delivery. Inspect the outer and inner packaging and cartons or other packaging that the goods came in. If the package or your goods are damaged, this must be noted directly on the delivery note and documented with pictures and text.
If you have received a delivery that in some way has damage to the packaging or product, it is important that you document this in text and image at once.
Photograph the following:
1. outer and inner packaging
2. accompanying waybill from the carrier
3. the item you received.
Describe your case and send the pictures by e-mail to us at info@hvemeover.se within 24 hours of receiving the item. This helps us process your case faster.
Keep the original packaging that the product came in. The product must not be used until further notice.
Complaint
In accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932), you as a customer have the right to complain about a manufacturing defect (hidden defect) within 3 years from when you received the product. The right to complain applies to original faults, not faults that have arisen as a result of careless handling, handling errors, wear or failure to follow care instructions.
Complaints about a visible fault must be made immediately when you discover the fault or within a reasonable time. Within 2 months from the time of delivery is always considered within a reasonable time. Hve me over is not responsible for defects in the goods that have arisen as a result of careless handling or failure to follow care instructions. Packaging must be saved and documented.
If you wish to complain about a product, contact our complaints department. In order to facilitate the processing of your case, we ask you to send the receipt/order number, your name and contact details, which article it applies to, pictures of the error and a short description to e-mail: info@hvemeover.se
Natural material
Natural materials often vary in appearance, size and structure from item to item, which is completely natural. This includes, among other things, twigs, grain, color variations, structural differences, etcetera. These natural variations are characteristics that the designer intended to maintain or otherwise enhance as part of the design and do not constitute a valid reason for complaint.
In order for natural materials to maintain good quality over time, the care advice that we provide at the time of purchase and on the website must be followed. In the event of damage and wear as a result of not following this advice, Hve me over reserves the right to refuse a complaint.
Force majeure
We will always do everything in our power for you as a customer to get your item delivered. But Hve me over cannot take responsibility for delays as a result of extraordinary events or circumstances that are beyond our control and that we could not reasonably foresee or overcome without financial losses. This includes, among other things, natural disaster, strike, war, riot, blockade, intervention by public authority, fire, explosion, boycott and other force majeure-like circumstances that affect delays with suppliers and/or delivery.
